Background: Inhibitory antibodies to factor (F) VIII (FVIII inhibitors) present a major clinical
challenge as a complication of hemophilia A and as acquired autoantibodies in non‐
hemophiliacs. Porcine FVIII is a potentially useful therapeutic agent because of its low
